A private course on optimizing your life

Most people optimize nothing. Be the outlier.

The answers to the questions people keep asking me — how to run your health, money, time, relationships, travel, and everything else — collected in one place, in plain language.

Why this exists

I kept answering the same questions, one person at a time.

For years I've been into personal development — testing what works across health, money, travel, relationships, and everything in between. The result is that people call me. "Who's your travel agent?" "How do you have time for this?" "How did you set that up?"

I love those conversations, but answering one person at a time doesn't scale, and most advice conversations skip the details that actually matter. So I wrote everything down — the systems, the vendors, the scripts, the mistakes to skip — covering the 25 areas of a well-run life.

Here's the system behind it: I went back through everything I've ever read, taken, and paid for — every book, course, seminar, and expert — and extracted the one to three best ideas from each, with the sources named. One idea in here might save you $10,000 and five days of flying to hear it in a ballroom. That distillation is the course.

This isn't theory from someone selling a lifestyle. It's the operating manual I actually use, written the way I'd explain it to a friend over dinner — because that's literally how most of it started.

The system

25 areas.
One well-run life.

Twenty-five areas of life — everything from your health to your travel to your online presence — organized into ten groups so it never feels overwhelming. Every lesson is a short, practical read, most under ten minutes. No fluff, no filler videos, no "mindset" hand-waving without a next step.

No other program covers this ground. Compare it to any of the big life-improvement platforms — every one of them skips whole areas of real life. Nobody else will tell you how to run your travel, your car, your wardrobe, or your technology. Outlier covers all of it.

Questions

The short answers.

How is this different from other life-improvement programs?

Breadth. We mapped Outlier against the major platforms — the famous course libraries, the life-design programs, the big-name seminars. Every one of them is missing several of these 25 areas, and not one of them covers all of it. The practical areas — travel, car, fashion, technology, home — are exactly where the others go silent, and they're where daily life actually happens.

Is this a video course?

No — it's written, on purpose. You can read a lesson in the time it takes to watch a video's intro, and you can skim, search, and return to text. Video gets added only where it genuinely helps.

Who is this for?

People who want their life to run well without making optimization a hobby. Every lesson ends in something you can do, buy, set up, or say — this week.

What if I only care about one area?

Start there. It's a manual, not a curriculum — there's no order and nothing to fall behind on. Most people come for one area and stay for three.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in two clicks, no guilt trip.
